APADOR-CH, as a member of the Anti-Discrimination Coalition, will\u00a0implement the project: Access to Justice and Appropriate Restitution\u00a0for Persons who are Victims of Discrimination, coordinated by the\u00a0ACCEPT Association and funded by the grants SEE 2009 – 2014, under the\u00a0NGO Foundation in Romania.<\/p>\n
This project aims to increase access to justice and remedies for<\/span>\u00a0people exposed to discrimination. The project responds to the\u00a0following problems:<\/p>\n – Lack of significant legal consequences likely to deter acts of\u00a0discrimination,<\/p>\n – General lack of public information on existing remedies for cases of\u00a0discrimination.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n In order to address these problems, the project proposes the following\u00a0as main objectives<\/strong>:<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n – Strengthen the Anti-Discrimination Coalition’s capacity to defend\u00a0and advocate, with respect to an increase in access to justice and\u00a0adequate remedies for people vulnerable to discrimination.<\/p>\n – Development and promotion of information services, tools, and\u00a0resources that will allow for an increased access to justice for\u00a0people affected by discrimination.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" APADOR-CH, as a member of the Anti-Discrimination Coalition, will implement the project: Access to Justice and Appropriate Restitution for Persons who are Victims of Discrimination, coordinated by the ACCEPT Association.
