{"id":3229,"date":"2014-06-17T12:23:11","date_gmt":"2014-06-17T12:23:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.apador.org\/?p=3229"},"modified":"2017-03-22T10:52:27","modified_gmt":"2017-03-22T10:52:27","slug":"cursuri-de-pregatire-pentru-avocati-privind-drepturile-inculpatilor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/apador.org\/en\/cursuri-de-pregatire-pentru-avocati-privind-drepturile-inculpatilor\/","title":{"rendered":"Fair Trials International training"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>During the period May 2014 &#8211; April 2016 APADOR-CH is running a project\u00a0coordinated by the Fair Trials International, an NGO based in London.<\/p>\n<p>The project is called \u201ePractitioner Training on Roadmap Directive\u201d and\u00a0is funded by the European Commission.<\/p>\n<p>Other partners in this project\u00a0are: the Helsinki Committee in Poland, Hungarian Helsinki Committee,\u00a0Human Rights Monitoring Institute in Lithuania and the Centre for\u00a0European Constitutional Law in Greece.<\/p>\n<p>The project aims to better inform the lawyers on the EU directives\u00a0that establish the procedural rights of the defendant. Within this\u00a0project there will be created a series of informative materials with\u00a0respect to this goal. Also, within the scope of this project several\u00a0training sessions will be organized on the applicability of this\u00a0Directive.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.714285714; font-size: 1rem;\">Lawyers in Romania will be able to participate in such a training<\/span>\u00a0session in the second half of 2015. We will offer more details on the\u00a0matter in due time.
