Centrul Caracuda a func\u021bionat exclusiv din resursele proprii Carusel \u0219i era singurul centru dedicat serviciilor de reducere a riscurilor asociate consumului de\u00a0droguri pentru persoane dependente din zon\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Decizia prim\u0103riei are ca motiva\u021bie \u201eregenerarea urban\u0103\u201d, \u00eens\u0103 acest lucru nu ar trebui s\u0103 ignore \u0219i nevoile celor mai defavoriza\u021bi dintre cet\u0103\u021benii urbei ce se vrea \u201eregenerat\u0103\u201d.
