Aceste informa\u021bii publice erau distribuite numai contra cost, printr-un\u00a0 manual prefa\u021bat de fostul ministru Petre Tob\u0103. Dup\u0103 aproape un an de proces, justi\u021bia ne-a dat dreptate: poli\u021bia este obligat\u0103 s\u0103 ne furnizeze gratuit aceste proceduri.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.apador.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/politisti-bataie2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3742\" src=\"http:\/\/www.apador.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/politisti-bataie2.jpg\" alt=\"politisti-bataie2\" width=\"650\" height=\"360\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen august 2015, APADOR-CH finaliza un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.apador.org\/blog\/campanii\/cu-ochii-pe-abuzurile-politiei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">proiect despre abuzurile poli\u021bi\u0219tilor<\/a>, pe parcursul c\u0103ruia constatase c\u0103 mul\u021bi cet\u0103\u021beni nu \u0219tiu exact cum s\u0103 se comporte atunci c\u00e2nd sunt opri\u021bi de poli\u021bie pe strad\u0103. \u201e<strong><em>Trebuie s\u0103 m\u0103 legitimez chiar dac\u0103 poli\u0163istul nu se legitimeaz\u0103? Are voie s\u0103 m\u0103 perchezi\u0163ioneze chiar dac\u0103 n-am f\u0103cut nimic?M\u0103 poate duce la sec\u021bie chiar dac\u0103 am buletinul la mine<\/em>\u201c.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Legile sunt foarte vagi. \u00cen legea poli\u0163iei, de exemplu, exist\u0103 un articol care practic permite poli\u0163i\u015ftilor s\u0103 conduc\u0103 pe oricine la sec\u0163ia de poli\u0163ie sub pretextul legitim\u0103rii \u2013 a\u0219a numita conducere administrativ\u0103, care poate dura p\u00e2n\u0103 la 24 de ore.<\/p>\n<p>Ne-am asumat noi rolul de a-i educa pe cet\u0103\u021beni despre drepturile pe care le au atunci c\u00e2nd interac\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu agen\u021bii \u2013 de\u0219i aceast\u0103 \u00eendatorire \u00eei revine totu\u0219i institu\u021biei publice -, dar ne-am lovit de secretomania Poli\u021biei Rom\u00e2ne care ne-a comunicat sec, la cererea de informa\u021bii pe Legea nr.544\/2001, c\u0103 acele proceduri de\u0219i <strong>nu sunt secret de serviciu<\/strong> ele nu sunt nici destinate publicului larg. Acum cu 10% mai ieftin\u0103 , adic\u0103 numai 39.02 de lei. Cartea cuprinde, a\u0219adar, informa\u021bii publice, dar pe care ni\u0219te poli\u021bi\u0219ti le v\u00e2nd ca s\u0103-\u0219i rotunjeasc\u0103 veniturile. Cu binecuv\u00e2ntarea fostului ministru, Chestor-\u015fef de Poli\u0163ie Petre Tob\u0103, care scrie a\u015fa \u00een prefa\u021b\u0103:<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<em>Suntem prima institu\u0163ie care intr\u0103 \u00een contact cu cet\u0103\u0163eanul la producerea unui eveniment \u00een spa\u0163iul public, iar percep\u0163ia acestuia este conturat\u0103 \u00een special de reac\u0163ia Poli\u0163iei atunci c\u00e2nd are nevoie de ea.
