The project is called „Practitioner Training on Roadmap Directive” and aims to better inform the lawyers on the EU directives that establish the procedural rights of the defendant.
APADOR-CH, as a member of the Anti-Discrimination Coalition, will implement the project: Access to Justice and Appropriate Restitution for Persons who are Victims of Discrimination, coordinated by the ACCEPT Association. This project aims to increase access to justice and remedies for people exposed to discrimination.
APADOR-CH is one of the main promoters of these two laws and their proper monitoring. Through extensive monitoring we have found that these two laws and principles they promote are often undermined by a series of practices.
